About the Role

This role combines strategic marketing with hands-on execution to support our academic B2B rental business. You will manage integrated marketing and communications initiatives, optimize the customer journey, and collaborate across teams to deliver measurable impact. The ideal candidate is a versatile marketer who thrives on cross-functional collaboration and understands how to connect digital experiences with business outcomes.


Key Responsibilities


Strategic Marketing

  • Lead in the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that strengthen the academic rental experience and drive engagement across all customer touchpoints.
  • Plan and manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and resources using project management tools such as Asana to ensure flawless execution.
  • Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize future initiatives and maximize ROI.

Collaboration & Alignment

  • Work closely with Sales, Product, Operations and Customer Experience teams to align messaging and campaigns with revenue goals.
  • Serve as a marketing liaison for academic partnerships and institutional programs.

Digital Marketing & Website Management

  • Develop website content strategy, UX improvements, and SEO to increase traffic and conversions.
  • Manage analytics and reporting to inform continuous optimization.

CRM & Data-Driven Marketing

  • Leverage Salesforce for campaign tracking, lead nurturing, and pipeline visibility.
  • Build dashboards and insights to support leadership decisions and improve ROI.

Content & Communications

  • Develop a robust content strategy that supports brand positioning and thought leadership in the academic rental space.
  • Create and manage high-quality assets including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, email campaigns, social media posts, and video scripts tailored for academic audiences.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal teams to ensure accuracy and relevance of messaging.
  • Implement editorial calendars and maintain consistent tone and voice across all channels.
  • Monitor engagement metrics and adjust content strategy based on performance insights.
  • Tailor messaging and tone to resonate with specific audience segments, ensuring relevance and engagement.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; MBA or advanced certification preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing.
  • Strong background in digital marketing, website optimization, and CRM systems (Salesforce required).
  • Proven ability to support cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.


Remote (U.S.-Based)

This role is fully remote in the United States. You’ll have flexibility to work where you do your best work, without sacrificing connection to an engaged, supportive team.
