At ReduCate, every newly acquired e-learning brand must be integrated into our central multi-tenant SaaS platform. As our Project Manager for Technology Integration, you own the end-to-end delivery of LMS migrations, CRM transitions and data onboarding.
You translate technical assessments into clear roadmaps, coordinate engineering, data, product and onboarding teams, and ensure each migration is delivered safely, predictably and on time. You’re the person new companies trust when they join the ReduCate Group — and the one internal teams rely on when complexity peaks.

Your job is to make their integration smooth, structured and successful.
What you’ll do
- Own integration projects end-to-end — from onboarding to cut-over
- Coordinate LMS migrations into the ReduCate platform
- Manage CRM migrations into Zoho, ensuring data quality and validation
- Drive structured project delivery: planning, tracking, risk management
- Map dependencies across Engineering, Product, IT and onboarding teams
- Facilitate workshops, alignment sessions and weekly status calls
- Maintain clear project documentation, dashboards and reporting
- Improve and expand our integration playbook and delivery frameworks
What you bring
Must-haves
- 5+ years of IT project management experience
- Experience with data migration, validation and system cutovers
- Hands-on experience with CRM migrations (Zoho is a plus)
- Strong ability to coordinate technical + non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with SaaS, cloud environments and integration tooling
- Demonstrated project governance: planning, reporting, stakeholder alignment
Nice-to-haves
- M&A integration experience
- Background in EdTech, LMS systems or multi-tenant platforms
- Technical affinity (APIs, cloud, integrations)
