Senior Software Engineer Full Stack
Location: Denver, CO (Onsite)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: $120,000 $250,000 annually (DOE + equity)

What Youll Do
- Own full lifecycle development of scalable, cloud-native services and modern front-end interfaces used daily by business users and end customers.
- Refactor legacy monoliths into event-driven, microservice and micro-frontend architectures.
- Embed AI/LLM capabilities using tools like LangChain, Vertex AI, and open-source models to automate decision-making and accelerate development.
- Implement engineering best practices including robust testing, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and performance monitoring.
- Mentor and lead cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of ownership, transparency, and continuous learning.
Must-Haves
- 5+ years of experience delivering scalable production software
- Expert-level skills in Golang and TypeScript/JavaScript
- Strong experience with cloud-native and event-driven architecture (GCP preferred)
- Hands-on with GKE/Kubernetes, container orchestration, and zero-downtime deployments
- Proficient in modern front-end frameworks (Angular, Vue, React, or Svelte)
- Experience with SQL schema design and data modeling
- Proven track record with testing frameworks and CI/CD automation
- Comfort working with or integrating LLMs and AI-based systems
- Excellent communication skills, both technical and business-oriented
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, marketplace, or fintech industries
- Exposure to SvelteKit or Vue 3 Composition API
- Contributions to OSS, blogs, or public speaking
- Familiarity with event sourcing, CQRS, DDD, or hexagonal architecture
- Autonomous teams with full ownership from design to delivery
- AI-accelerated development using internal and external tools (Copilot, Cursor, etc.)
- Continuous delivery mindset with blue-green and canary release strategies
- Blameless retrospectives and a bias toward fast iteration
