Role Description

We are seeking an experienced (Senior) Solutions Engineer specializing in AI & Intelligent Automation to join our innovative team. This role is designed for a technology professional who thrives on designing and implementing cutting-edge automation solutions that leverage artificial intelligence to transform business operations across industries.

As a Solutions Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of the intelligent automation revolution, working with enterprise clients to identify, architect, and deploy AI-powered solutions that deliver measurable business value. You'll combine deep technical expertise with strategic thinking to solve complex business challenges using the latest automation technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end intelligent automation solutions with AI, ML, and process automation technologies
• Develop AI-driven workflows using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio)
• Build custom AI agents, copilots, and predictive analytics models to boost productivity and decision-making
• Lead discovery workshops, execute our Discover–Design–Deploy–Optimize process, and present ROI-driven automation strategies to executives
• Stay current on generative AI, process intelligence, and hyperautomation trends; research new technologies; develop rapid-deployment best practices; mentor team members; and collaborate with vendors to enhance solution capabilities

Technical Expertise

• 5+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Copilot Studio)
• 4+ years experience with RPA platforms (Power Automate Desktop, UiPath, Automation Anywhere)
• 3+ years experience with AI/ML technologies including cognitive services, AI Builder, and ML integration
• Strong proficiency in low-code/no-code development and citizen developer enablement
• Experience with API development across diverse technology stacks
• Knowledge of governance frameworks, data privacy, and compliance requirements for AI and automation implementations

Professional Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
• 5+ years of client-facing experience
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Problem-solving mindset with analytical approach to complex business challenges
• High-level command of English or German, with other European languages considered an advantage

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft certifications in Power Platform (PL-100, PL-200, PL-400) or Azure AI services
• Advanced certifications in UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or other leading RPA platforms
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Azure ML Studio
• Knowledge of process mining tools (Celonis, Process Street, Microsoft Viva Insights)
• Industry-specific expertise in manufacturing, energy, or logistics.
