We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our fast-growing team at SharpStakes. This role is perfect for someone who’s organized, people-focused, and excited to help build our hiring pipeline from the ground up. You’ll handle sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while helping shape a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

What You’ll Do

  • Source candidates across LinkedIn, job boards, and social platforms
  • Screen applicants and conduct initial interviews
  • Manage the end-to-end hiring pipeline for multiple roles
  • Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
  • Maintain organized candidate records and updates
  • Support employer branding and outreach initiatives
  • Provide recommendations to improve recruitment processes


What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or HR coordination
  • Strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Organized and reliable — able to manage multiple candidates at once
  • Comfortable interviewing candidates and assessing fit
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently
  • Experience recruiting for startups or tech companies is a plus
