Role Overview:
- In this role, you will be working on projects to help fine-tune large language models using your expertise in administrative operations and team supervision.

- These projects will help you learn how to leverage AI to advance your field by improving administrative efficiency, communication, and process management.
What Does Day-to-Day Look Like:
- Design and solve real-world administrative and leadership scenarios to test AI reasoning.
- Write clear, structured solutions covering workflow management, task delegation, documentation standards, and performance tracking.
- Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, professionalism, and operational insight.
- Collaborate with AI researchers to improve model understanding of team coordination, office communication, and administrative systems.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as an Office Supervisor, Administrative Lead, or Team Coordinator in a corporate or healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of administrative operations, team leadership, and process optimization.
