Baer’s Crest is on a mission to deliver a cutting-edge payments platform that supports a wide spectrum of financial operations—securely, seamlessly, and at scale—for both individuals and organizations.
Our team (and this job) is fully remote and scattered all over the world.
We are now expanding our Scrum-driven development team and are seeking a Senior Product Owner to help shape and deliver the next generation of our financial platform.
- Successful delivery of at least five products from initial concept through to production launch
- Minimum one Product Owner role within the card payments industry
- Solid understanding of compliance frameworks and security standards, including PCI DSS
- Deep knowledge of Agile practices, especially Scrum, with hands-on experience in Scrum teams
- Demonstrated ability to define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management capabilities
- Fluent English
- Strong skills in writing clear user stories and precise acceptance criteria
- Experience in backlog prioritization based on business value and strategic objectives
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Business, or similar)
- Bonus points for experience with animal-related services, whether through professional work or meaningful personal involvement
- A fully remote work environment (UTC ±3h time zone)
