Your mission: As a Business Analyst/Quality Assurance Engineer, you will bridge business needs and technical solutions by capturing requirements, optimizing workflows, and ensuring quality through rigorous testing and data-driven insights.

- Capture and document business requirements;
- Analyse workflows to identify improvement opportunities;
- Develop user stories and detailed specifications;
- Act as liaison between business and technical teams;
- Assist with testing and manage change processes;
- Design and execute manual and automated test plans;
- Track, document, and report defects;
- Conduct data analysis and create dashboards and reports;
- Monitor KPIs and deliver actionable insights.
