About The Role

We are seeking a talented Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will support rebranding efforts and brand-building initiatives by creating visually compelling and consistent assets across digital and print platforms. Your designs will play a crucial role in strengthening our brand recognition, storytelling, and customer engagement across all channels. Collaborating closely with the Creative Director and marketing teams, you will translate ideas into impactful visuals that align with our brand identity and creative standards. The ideal candidate will bring a strong sense of design, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects within a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of professional design experience, preferably within a consumer wellness, lifestyle, or e-commerce brand.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Familiarity with Figma or similar design tools.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.

• Strong eye for composition, color, typography, and visual balance.
• Basic understanding of digital design requirements for web, email, and social media platforms.
• Ability to take creative direction, adapt to feedback, and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver high-quality graphics, layouts, and digital assets that align with BiOptimizers’ brand identity and creative standards.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director and design team to execute brand campaigns, marketing materials, and content for social media, web, and retail channels.
• Maintain consistency in typography, color schemes, and design elements across all platforms and touchpoints.
• Prepare and organize production-ready files for internal use and external vendors, ensuring accuracy and compliance with brand guidelines.
• Support senior designers in developing creative concepts, visual mockups, and presentation materials.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback and participate in review sessions to enhance creative output and streamline processes.
