Role Description
As a Smart Contract Developer, you will design, implement, and maintain secure, efficient, and scalable smart contracts across multiple blockchain networks. You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to build contracts that power multichain grant disbursements, token distributions, and other decentralized workflows. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge Web3 technologies and contribute directly to a platform that supports developers and creators worldwide.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in smart contract development, blockchain engineering, or Web3 development.
- Proficiency in Solidity, Rust, or similar smart contract programming languages.
- Familiarity with Ethereum, Solana, Polygon, or other major blockchain platforms.
- Strong understanding of token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155) and DeFi primitives.
- Experience with testing frameworks (Truffle, Hardhat, Anchor) and deployment tools.
- Knowledge of security best practices, audits, and vulnerability mitigation.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote setting.
