About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to work with one of our clients with their People & Culture team in Barcelona. This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their HR journey who is eager to learn, grow, and make an impact in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. You will support day-to-day HR team and contribute to key People initiatives across the employee lifecycle.


What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Support HR operational tasks, including onboarding, offboarding, contract changes, relocation processes and employee documentation.
  • Assist in the coordination of employee lifecycle processes in alignment with local labor laws and internal policies.
  • Provide first-level support to employee queries regarding HR policies, systems, and processes.
  • Support People Partners in performance, engagement, compensation and other employee life-cycle initiatives/processes.
  • Help maintain and update employee records in the HRIS and ensure data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Payroll team as needed.
  • Contribute to process improvements and documentation of internal procedures.


What Weโ€™re Looking For

  • 1โ€“2 years of experience in a similar HR support role, preferably in a tech or fast-paced environment.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
  • Basic understanding of Spanish labor law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
