About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Blockchain & Web3 Developer to architect, develop, and optimize blockchain-driven systems that support secure data exchange, decentralized identity, and trustless auditability across our healthcare ecosystem. You’ll work directly with our CTO, AI research team, and cybersecurity engineers to build blockchain infrastructure that integrates with privacy-preserving AI models, predictive systems, and real-time clinical analytics. This is a high-impact role where your work directly contributes to decentralized, human-owned healthcare infrastructure.
Responsibilities
Blockchain Architecture & Development
- Design and implement permissioned and hybrid blockchain systems (e.g., Hyperledger Fabric, Polygon Supernets, Substrate, or Cosmos SDK)
- Build smart contracts, cryptographic protocols, and tokenized data-access layers
- Develop secure APIs and microservices connecting blockchain to backend systems
- Implement decentralized identity (DID), consent management, and access-control logic
Security & Privacy Engineering
- Build and optimize privacy-preserving mechanisms such as:
- Zero-knowledge proofs
- Multi-party computation (MPC)
- Homomorphic encryption
- Enforce cryptographic best practices, secure key management, and role-based access
Data & AI Interoperability
- Integrate blockchain with AI-driven diagnostic and predictive engines
- Develop systems for timestamping, audit logging, and cryptographically verifiable data lineage
- Enable secure cross-chain or off-chain data storage with IPFS or privacy vaults
Performance & Reliability
- Optimize transaction throughput, cost, consensus mechanisms, and network performance
- Conduct stress testing, fault-tolerance validation, and smart contract audits
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in blockchain development
- Strong expertise in Solidity, Rust, or Go
- Experience with EVM chains (Ethereum, Polygon, Base) or non-EVM frameworks (Substrate, Cosmos)
- Deep understanding of:
- Smart contract architecture
- Consensus algorithms
- Token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155, custom standards)
- Cryptographic primitives and security patterns
- Experience with Node.js, TypeScript, or Python
- Strong understanding of Web3 authentication, wallets, and signing workflows
- Familiarity with IPFS, off-chain computation, or cross-chain messaging
- Experience deploying production-grade Web3 applications
Required Skills
- Experience with zero-knowledge systems (ZK-SNARKs, ZK-STARKs, Circom, Noir)
- Background in healthcare, medical data, or compliance frameworks (HIPAA/GDPR)
- Knowledge of decentralized data markets or data-tokenization models
- Experience with AI/ML integration in decentralized environments
- Familiarity with secure enclave technologies (TEE/SGX)

Pay range and compensation package
$180,000 – $220,000 salary (depending on experience)
