We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team in Bangkok. This is a hybrid role with flexibility for partial remote work. The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives, oversee multi-channel digital campaigns, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive brand growth and user engagement.
You will analyze marketing data, craft customer retention strategies, optimize campaigns for ROI, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels. You will also identify new growth opportunities and contribute to long-term marketing direction.

- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with business goals
- Lead multi-channel campaigns (social media, email, content, partnerships, etc.)
- Oversee customer lifecycle marketing and retention initiatives
- Analyze marketing performance and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure cohesive brand communication
- Optimize campaigns for engagement, conversion, and ROI
- Identify new opportunities for growth and market expansion
- Strong expertise in Marketing Strategy, Campaign Management, and Brand Positioning
- Solid understanding of Marketing Analytics and data-driven decision-making
- Experience across Digital Marketing channels (social, email, content, CRM)
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills
