If you are passionate about leveraging technology to improve market functioning and want to be part of a values-driven organization committed to making a positive impact, we invite you to join us.

Juniper Square offers a flexible work environment, supporting both fully remote roles and positions in our physical offices across San Francisco, New York City, Mumbai, and Bangalore. We prioritize digital-first operations, enabling seamless collaboration across teams located in 27 U.S. states, 2 Canadian provinces, India, Luxembourg, and England. Our commitment to innovation and inclusivity makes us a dynamic place to grow your career while contributing to meaningful change in private markets.

About The Role

As a Digital Marketing Manager within our Growth Marketing team, you will be responsible for executing and managing comprehensive digital campaigns across various channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), web, email, and social media platforms. Your primary goal will be to generate leads and support overall business growth by building a robust digital presence that delivers measurable results. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Campaign Strategists, Product Marketing, and Field Marketing to develop strategies that align with our organizational objectives. • Oversee the day-to-day operations and ongoing optimization of digital campaigns to improve engagement, conversion rates, and overall performance metrics.
  • Support social media management across platforms such as LinkedIn, X, and Facebook by creating content, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance data in partnership with the Corporate Marketing team.
  • Analyze campaign and channel performance data using analytics tools like Google Analytics/GA4 and marketing automation dashboards to derive actionable insights.
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on performance analysis to enhance ROI and campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and evaluate their applicability to our marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts and consistency of messaging across channels.
  • Manage budgets and reporting to ensure campaigns are delivered within scope and achieve desired outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency with digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads and marketing automation tools such as Marketo.
  • Experience with website CMS management and social media platforms.
  • Proven track record of executing digital campaigns that drive measurable business results.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data from Google Analytics/GA4 and other analytics tools to inform decision-making.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and adapting to new technologies and trends.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a strategic mindset focused on continuous improvement.

Benefits

  • Retirement savings plans to help secure your financial future.
  • Allowance for customizing your home workspace and technology setup.
  • Annual professional development stipend to support ongoing learning and growth.
  • Opportunities to work remotely or in our offices, fostering a flexible and inclusive work environment.
