Role Description

As an AI & Automation Specialist (Entry-Level), you'll be on the front lines of improving operational efficiency and accelerating product development. This is a highly execution-focused role perfect for a self-starter, passionate about using modern technology—especially AI and automation platforms—to solve real business problems.

You'll be instrumental in helping us live up to our value of adaptability by creating scalable, repeatable workflows.

Core Responsibilities

• Business Automation: Design, build, and deploy automated workflows using platforms like n8n and Google Apps Script to streamline administrative, marketing, or operational processes.
• Agent Development: Create, test, and manage agents and agentic workflows for complex, multi-step tasks that require dynamic decision-making.
• Process Improvement: Audit existing operations to identify bottlenecks and propose creative, data-driven solutions—whether via code snippets, AI tools, or advanced automation sequences.
• Product Development Support: Provide technical support and focused development work on larger projects under senior developer guidance, often involving Python or JavaScript scripting.
• Technical Documentation: Maintain clear and thorough documentation for all automations, scripts, and processes to ensure scalability and smooth handover.

Required Qualifications

• Education: No degree required. A bachelor's in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathematics is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in a role involving problem-solving, scripting, or automation.

Essential Skills

• Workflow Automation Proficiency: Strong experience with n8n, Make/Integromat, or similar platforms.
• Scripting & Programming: Proficiency in Python and JavaScript for backend scripting and utility creation.
• Data Serialization: Practical understanding of JSON for data handling across systems.
• AI Tool Fluency: Experience using AI tools (LLMs, data analysis tools) in a business context.
• Conceptual Understanding: Knowledge of business optimization, automation, and agentic workflows.

Additional Preferred Skills

• Project Management: Basic knowledge required; familiarity with Lean or Scrum is a plus.
• Learning Mindset: Comfortable experimenting, iterating quickly, and learning from failure.
• Execution Focus: Preference for delivering concrete results.
• Process-Oriented Thinking: Ability to design reliable and repeatable workflows.
• Self-Learning & Drive: Strong dedication to continuous learning and going the extra mile.
• Methodology Comfort: Experience with OKRs and/or EOS frameworks.
