We’re looking for a hands-on Senior AQA Engineer to lead the quality assurance process across our mobile (iOS/Android) and web platforms.
📍 Location: Dubai, Business Bay

About the Role
- Lead QA strategy for native mobile and web platforms
- Develop and execute end-to-end test plans
- Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks
- Configure and manage Lambda Testing environments
- Conduct test reviews and prepare detailed quality reports
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on quality standards
- Mentor junior QA engineers and promote best practices
- Actively participate in agile processes and team planning
Requirements
- 5-7 years of QA experience, including 2+ years in a senior or lead role
- Strong background in testing native mobile (iOS/Android) and web applications
- Hands-on experience with automation tools (Playwright, Appium, Selenium, Cypress, XCTest)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Lambda Testing or similar platforms
- Familiarity with performance, security, and accessibility testing
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher
Nice to Have
- ISTQB certification or equivalent
- API testing experience (Postman, REST Assured)
- Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or Java
- Experience with cloud infrastructure testing
