About the Company
Our client, a fast-growing and future-forward organization in the Transportation & Logistics Industry, is seeking a visionary Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to join its Executive Committee and lead the company’s end-to-end commercial strategy. This role is open to senior commercial leaders from the Philippines and abroad who bring deep expertise from airline, logistics, telecommunications, hospitality, and e-commerce industries.

The CCO will be instrumental in shaping market strategy, driving revenue transformation, elevating brand competitiveness, and steering commercial performance across all business units.
Responsibilities
- Executive Leadership & Strategy
- Serve as a key member of the Executive Committee, contributing to enterprise-wide strategy, business direction, and long-term growth priorities.
- Define and lead the company’s commercial strategy across Sales, Marketing, Revenue, Product, Partnerships, and Customer Experience.
- Revenue Growth & Commercial Performance
- Own the commercial P&L, revenue targets, and multi-channel growth strategy.
- Oversee pricing, yield, distribution, and commercial forecasting to maximize profitability across all business lines.
- Commercial Operations & Team Leadership
- Lead and develop high-performing teams across Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, Digital Commerce, Loyalty, CRM, and Customer Experience.
- Strengthen commercial governance, processes, KPIs, and performance management systems.
- Market Expansion & Partnerships
- Lead market analysis, emerging market identification, competitor assessments, and new business development opportunities.
- Build and maintain strategic alliances with global partners, corporate clients, tourism boards, technology providers, and regulatory bodies.
- Customer Experience & Brand Stewardship
- Champion customer-centric initiatives to enhance brand affinity, loyalty, NPS, and service excellence.
- Ensure integrated communication and brand strategies that reflect the company’s commercial vision.
- Digital, Data & Omnichannel Growth
- Drive e-commerce, digital sales channels, and omni-channel customer engagement.
- Utilize analytics, segmentation, and insights to sharpen demand generation and customer lifetime value.
Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of senior commercial leadership experience in airline, logistics, telco, hospitality, e-commerce, or adjacent customer-centric industries.
- At least 5–7 years in a C-level or VP/SVP-level commercial leadership role, ideally with full P&L accountability.
- Strong track record in driving revenue transformation, digital commercialization, and multi-channel growth.
- Deep experience leading large commercial organizations with cross-functional reach.
- Exceptional executive presence, communication skills, negotiation capability, and stakeholder management.
- Open to international candidates willing to relocate and be based in the Philippines.
Preferred Skills
- Previous experience as Chief Commercial Officer, Chief Revenue Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, VP Commercial, VP Sales & Marketing, Head of Revenue Management, Head of E-Commerce, or equivalent senior commercial roles.
- Exposure to companies undergoing transformation, expansion, or digital acceleration.
- Regional or global commercial experience is a strong plus.
