Email Marketing Manager (E-commerce – Remote)


At DTC Mode, we build and run high-performing marketing funnels for some of the most exciting direct-to-consumer brands in the world. We’re looking for a hands-on Lead Marketing Specialist who can design, build, and optimise world-class email and SMS programmes across multiple ecom brands.


This role is for someone who lives inside Klaviyo, understands the full lifecycle from welcome to winback, and can turn strategy into polished, high-performing campaigns. You’ll work directly with founders, creative teams, and performance teams to make sure email becomes a core revenue channel for every client.


The Role

You’ll own email end-to-end across several DTC brands. This means building segmentation logic, designing templates in Figma, writing or refining copy, and managing the full setup of flows and campaigns in Klaviyo. You’ll turn ideas into fully executed journeys, ensuring each brand has a clean structure, strong creative, and consistent performance.


You’ll lead email strategy, run audits, build new flows, improve existing ones, and make sure every campaign ships on time and meets targets. You must be comfortable jumping between accounts, managing multiple live calendars, and keeping standards high across design, logic, and performance.


What You’ll Do


Design email templates and components directly in Figma

Build and optimise flows, campaigns, and automation logic inside Klaviyo

Create segmentation and targeting plans for each brand

Write, edit, or refine email copy to fit brand tone and objectives

Review and approve creative assets, layouts, and mobile responsiveness

Work closely with founders and marketing teams to align messaging and goals

Run monthly audits and strategy calls with clients

Track performance, identify insights, and propose clear next steps

Ensure campaigns and flows ship on schedule across all accounts


What You’ll Need


Expert-level experience in Klaviyo

Strong background in e-commerce lifecycle marketing

Hands-on experience designing emails in Figma

Deep understanding of segmentation, deliverability, and automation logic

Experience working at an e-commerce or performance agency across multiple brands

Strong creative eye and high standards for design and UX

Confident communicator who can manage clients and internal teams

Ability to juggle multiple projects without losing attention to detail
