We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Manager to oversee our technology operations and ensure the stability, security, and performance of our digital infrastructure. This fully remote role requires a hands-on leader who can manage systems, support users, and guide the company’s technology direction.
🎯 Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily IT operations, including networks, systems, software, and hardware
- Implement and maintain IT policies, processes, and security standards
- Lead IT projects such as system upgrades, cloud migrations, or network enhancements
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability
- Manage IT support activities and provide guidance to technical staff
- Collaborate with leadership to align technology strategies with business goals
- Oversee vendor management, licensing, and IT procurement
- Ensure compliance with data protection and cybersecurity best practices
- 4–7 years of experience in IT management, system administration, or infrastructure roles
- Strong understanding of networks, cloud systems, security, and IT operations
- Experience managing IT projects and implementing technical solutions

- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
