Role and Company Overview:

This mission-driven organization is rapidly growing and dedicated to empowering women through nationwide programs, events, and community-building initiatives. The Social Media Marketing Manager plays a key role in marketing execution, national social media management, and executive-level operational support.


The position requires someone highly proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and capable of owning projects end-to-end. The role supports national leadership, chapter teams, and internal operations while ensuring consistency, alignment, and structure across all chapters.


Responsibilities:

Marketing & Social Media Management

  • Manage national social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn), including engagement, DMs, and comments.
  • Create posts, graphics, and reels using templates and Canva.
  • Maintain a consistent content calendar and produce post-event recaps.
  • Ensure brand alignment across all digital channels.
  • Support national marketing campaigns, announcements, and special initiatives.


Chapter Communications & Email Scheduling

  • Serve as the primary contact for chapter leaders.
  • Prepare and schedule email communications and announcements.
  • Maintain organized communication with chapter presidents and board members.


Administrative & Operational Support

  • Assist the CEO and COO with project coordination, execution, and follow-through.
  • Create templates, assets, and materials for national programs and initiatives.
  • Support event planning, program coordination, and chapter operations.
  • Maintain shared drives, track deadlines, and manage sensitive information professionally.


Data, Reporting & Systems Support

  • Pull reports from Wild Apricot, QuickBooks, and Google Sheets.
  • Build and maintain monthly dashboards for leadership.
  • Learn and support automation workflows (Zapier, GoHighLevel).
  • Improve reporting processes and ensure accuracy across systems.


Culture, Communication & Collaboration

  • Communicate proactively with leadership on priorities and deadlines.
  • Represent a culture of community, empowerment, and professionalism.
  • Participate in team meetings and support chapter leaders with a positive, solutions-oriented approach.


Requirements:

Must Have

  • 7+ years in marketing and social media management.
  • Experience in Project Management or Executive Assistant–level support.
  • Ability to manage social media accounts, create content, and edit reels/short-form video.
  • Strong understanding of templates, branding, and social media best practices.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and able to anticipate needs.
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly (Google Suite, Canva, Wild Apricot, Zapier/GHL).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Alignment with the organization’s mission and values.


Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting franchises, associations, or multi-location organizations.
  • Familiarity with golf or event-based communities.
  • Background in member management or association operations.
