About the Role

Our client is seeking an Consulting Manager to lead cross-functional consulting teams in delivering transformative data and analytics strategies. This position requires a blend of strategic leadership, technical understanding, and relationship management to achieve impactful business outcomes for enterprise clients.

The ideal candidate is both a strategist and an executor—someone who can connect complex data architectures to tangible business results, inspire high-performing teams, and drive client growth through actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Account Growth

• Lead enterprise-level data and analytics engagements that deliver measurable business impact
• Develop and implement scalable roadmaps for analytics and BI transformation
• Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with business development teams to expand partnerships

Client Leadership

• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders on analytics modernization and data-driven decision-making
• Manage expectations, communication, and outcomes to ensure consistent client satisfaction
• Present insights, strategies, and recommendations that influence executive initiatives

Project & Team Leadership

• Oversee multiple concurrent analytics and BI projects, ensuring operational excellence across teams
• Mentor and coach consultants to foster professional growth and maintain a culture of excellence
• Implement delivery frameworks that enhance efficiency and quality across engagements

Risk & Resource Management

• Anticipate and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project execution
• Align the right expertise and resources to deliver maximum value for each engagement

Who You Are

Experience & Expertise

• 8+ years of experience in data consulting, analytics engineering, or strategic delivery roles, with at least 3 years serving enterprise clients
• MUST HAVE Strong knowledge in Looker, dbt & Google Cloud/Big Query
• Proven experience leading multi-million-dollar, cross-functional analytics programs that combine strategy and execution

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
• Relevant certifications such as PMP or Cloud Professional credentials are highly desirable

Thought Leadership

• Actively engaged in the analytics and BI community through conferences, publications, or professional forums
• Membership in relevant organizations (e.g., PMI, IIBA) is a plus
