Remote, U.S. Oil & Gas Operations Project Manager (Bilingual)


Are you a seasoned PMO/Business Analyst with at least 8 years of experience looking for a challenging, high-impact remote role supporting major U.S. energy operations?

We are seeking a highly skilled, mid-level professional to function as a crucial PMO Analyst and Business Analyst hybrid, enabling organizational change management, process optimization, and project coordination. This role offers the unique opportunity to lead tactical improvements and shape organizational efficiency from an offshore location, working closely with U.S. leadership.

Key Responsibilities


The core focus of this role is tactical execution, process improvement, and organizational enablement.


Project Coordination & Change Management

  • Coordinate and track multiple, simultaneous project work streams, ensuring strict adherence to timelines and high-quality deliverables.
  • Lead and facilitate complex group workshops independently, engaging effectively with both field operations and senior office personnel.
  • Mediate and facilitate discussions to proactively resolve conflicts and manage stakeholder expectations across work streams.
  • Develop critical change management documentation, including RACI charts, Management of Change (MOC) documents, and Workstream Charters.


Business Process Mapping & Optimization

  • Perform hands-on process mapping and workflow development using modern methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma and Agile principles).
  • Collaborate with domain experts and field personnel to accurately capture complex current-state business processes.
  • Develop optimized process maps and workflows that specifically support automation and organizational efficiency goals.


Data Analysis, Documentation & Reporting

  • Perform intermediate-level data analysis and build compelling dashboards/visualizations using Power BI and Advanced Excel.
  • Create leadership-level communication materials (e.g., polished PowerPoint presentations) and work intake management documentation.
  • Support data integration and reporting from unified data environments (e.g., Snowflake).


Required Skills & Experience


  • Experience: At least 8 years post-graduation experience, ideally in a PMO, Business Analyst, or Process Improvement role.
  • Language: Must be fluent in English (C1/C2 level) to communicate effectively with U.S. leadership and teams.
  • Proficiency in project and visualization tools (MS Project, Visio, Mural, Excel, and BI platforms).
  • Strong expertise in Business Process Mapping (BPM) is mandatory.
  • Intermediate data analytics skills; familiarity with SQL or workflow automation (Power Automate) is a plus.
  • Advanced presentation, conflict management, and group facilitation skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and lead sessions without close supervision.
  • Demonstrated intercultural competence and experience working effectively with U.S.-based teams.


Preferred Qualifications (A Strong Plus)


  • Experience within the Upstream Oil & Gas industry environment.
  • Relevant professional certifications such as PMP, CBAP, or Lean Six Sigma.
