Job Description


Senior Director, Talent Acquisition – US and CALA – This position requires relocation to any of the countries in LATAM where IBEX Operates (NIC, HND, JAM).


The Senior Director of Talent Acquisition is responsible for leading the organization’s high volume recruiting function across the region, driving strategic initiatives that enable scalable, high-quality, and efficient hiring. This role will oversee regional talent acquisition operations, influence global strategies, and serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership. The Senior Director will be a thought leader and process driver, leveraging technology, data, and innovative practices to optimize recruitment workflows while ensuring consistent standards across diverse geographies.

This leader will align talent acquisition strategies with organizational goals, enabling workforce growth, retention, and operational excellence across the US, Jamaica and LATAM.



Duties and Responsibilities


Strategic Leadership

  • Define and execute a regional talent acquisition vision and strategy that creates competitive advantage.
  • Partner with global and regional leadership to align recruiting priorities with business objectives.
  • Anticipate market shifts and proactively adapt hiring strategies to meet evolving workforce needs.


Operational Excellence

  • Plan, develop, and evaluate recruiting performance across US, Jamaica and LATAM, ensuring scalability for high-volume hiring.
  • Design hiring plans that balance cost, productivity, and timeliness while accounting for risk and market dynamics.
  • Establish governance processes, controls, and compliance frameworks for recruitment operations.


Technology & Data Enablement

  • Drive adoption of advanced ATS solutions to improve efficiency and visibility.
  • Leverage analytics to track KPIs such as fill rate, time-to-hire, retention, and cost per hire.
  • Champion automation and workflow optimization to reduce bottlenecks and improve recruiter productivity.


Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead and mentor multi-country recruitment teams, fostering professional growth and collaboration.
  • Build scalable recruiter pods and specialized teams to support diverse technical and non-technical hiring needs.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.


Stakeholder Engagement

  • Advise senior management on recruitment priorities, escalations, and process updates.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, operations, and sales to support onboarding, retention, and workforce planning.
  • Influence executive leadership with data-driven insights to shape talent strategies.


Employer Branding & Candidate Experience

  • Develop initiatives to position the organization as an employer of choice in US, Jamaica and LATAM.
  • Enhance candidate experience through transparent, inclusive, and scalable recruitment processes.
  • Drive referral programs, hiring quality audits, and special projects to strengthen pipelines.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven success in high-volume, fast-paced recruiting environments with aggressive targets.

  • Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and drive cross-functional alignment.
  • Expertise in sourcing strategies (social media, networking, referrals, job fairs, digital platforms).
  • Experience designing and implementing organization-wide talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Strong technical aptitude with HR technologies (ATS, AI, Reporting and analytics tools).
  • Flexible and adaptable to evolving business needs and market conditions.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate teams.


Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of senior-level recruiting experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
  • Minimum 8 years leading global or multi-regional recruiting teams.
  • BPO industry experience required.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling recruitment operations and delivering measurable improvements in KPIs.
