This role combines the responsibility of driving the success of paid social and paid search campaigns with broader marketing initiatives, including creating campaign concepts and promotional strategies. You will help grow brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and achieve measurable returns on investment (ROI).

Paid Media Responsibilities:
- Manage paid social and paid search accounts to achieve performance goals.
- Strategically plan and execute advertising initiatives to drive growth and ROI.
- Identify opportunities for incremental guest acquisition through targeted paid media strategies.
- Monitor and optimise campaigns regularly, utilising analytics and data-driven insights.
- Stay abreast of trends in paid advertising and emerging tools to ensure innovation and effectiveness.
Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns, including event invitations, seasonal promotions, and guest engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive branding across all channels.
- Contribute ideas for marketing campaigns and initiatives that drive awareness and engagement.
- Coordinate and oversee marketing collateral and communications to support campaigns.
- Analyse marketing performance metrics to continuously improve campaigns and initiatives.
About You:
- Proven experience in managing paid social and paid search campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to optimise campaigns for ROI.
- Creative mindset with experience in marketing campaign development and event promotion.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other relevant platforms.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to align with cross-functional teams.
