In this role, you will shape and elevate the visual identity of the company across all channels, including social media, websites, marketing campaigns, and events. You will collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to create compelling graphics and storytelling that align with brand strategy. - Accountabilities
- Lead the creation of high-impact visuals for integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, and social media content.
- Conceptualize and oversee event branding, promotional materials, and booth visuals to ensure a premium brand presence.
- Own and evolve website visual design and creative storytelling (experience with Webflow or Framer is a plus).
- Develop graphics for technical reports, infographics, investor materials, and internal decks.
- Define and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all visual assets using Figma and Adobe Suite.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex concepts into clear and engaging visual narratives.
- Oversee special projects, including branded campaigns in coordination with external agencies and freelancers.
- Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in graphic or marketing design, preferably in tech or startup environments.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating visual design skills, creativity, and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, and presentation tools.
- Experience working with design systems and component libraries.
- Ability to work autonomously, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); French language skills are a plus.
