As we’re developing a new self-service SaaS platform for event managers, we're seeking a passionate Senior Digital Designer to lead the UX UI design together with our founders and product owners.

Our key features: event registration and payments, (with registration forms, group registrations, etc.) communications editor (Email and Whatsapp messages) with templates, event page builder with themes, badge builder, event data and reports, on-site check-in, AI-powered features, AI Agent.

Mission & responsibilities

• Design the user experience and user interfaces of our new self-service event software, both web-based and mobile-based, for event organizers and for event attendees.
• UX Design: Create the easiest, smartest, and fastest user experience by organizing screens, navigation, workflows, and features intuitively
• UI Design: Build a visually modern, dynamic, and consistent interface aligned with best practices (TailwindCSS, Apple Human Interface Guidelines)
• Texts: Apply texts aligned with our copywriting guidelines and supported by AI-powered writing tools
• Prototyping: Use AI-assisted design tools (e.g., GPT, Gemini, Stitch, etc.) to create clickable prototypes for rapid iteration and feedback
• Design Platform: At Eventtia, we use Figma as design platform. High proficiency of this tool is required.
• Responsiveness: Ensure a seamless and consistent experience across all devices and screen sizes
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers to validate feasibility and ensure accurate implementation. Prepare product specifications for the development team.
• Testing: Conduct usability tests, analyze user feedback, and iterate to improve satisfaction and usability.

Skills and requirements

• Between 5 and 10 years of experience in product design for SaaS companies (Web and Mobile)
• Advanced-level with Figma and other relevant design tools
• Ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate prototyping
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
• Ability to work 100% remotely
• Well-organized, autonomous, self-motivated, creative, good communicator, detail-oriented, pragmatic, and team player

Expected conditions and benefits

• Full-time collaboration as independent contractor
• Full remote
• Compensation: Between 3,500€ and 4,000€ / month depending on experience
• Paid 13 months / year
• Acceptable time zones: Between GMT-6 and GMT+1
