We’re looking for a data-driven and strategic Marketing Analyst to help us understand customer behavior, optimize campaigns, and support marketing decision-making. You’ll turn data into insights to drive growth and improve performance across digital channels.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze marketing performance across campaigns, channels, and customer segments
  • Prepare dashboards, reports, and insights to support marketing strategy
  • Monitor KPIs such as CAC, CTR, conversion rates, and engagement metrics
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to optimize performance
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Support A/B testing and experimentation initiatives
✅ Requirements
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing analytics or digital marketing
  • Strong analytical and statistical skills
  • Proficiency with Excel, Google Analytics, or similar analytics tools
  • Experience with BI dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
  • Based in Australia with full working rights
