Location: Gurugram / Hyderabad / Bangalore (Relocation Required)

We are seeking talented professionals currently based outside India who are interested in relocating to Gurugram, Hyderabad, or Bangalore to join our growing team. We have multiple open positions across Technology, Research, Operations, and Corporate Functions.

Open Functional Areas
- Front-Office Tech / Trading Technology
- Roles: Software Developers (C++, Java, Python)
- Expertise in real-time systems, quantitative analytics, portfolio, or risk management systems.
- Experience in capital markets, algorithmic trading, or financial technology preferred.
- Quality & Test Engineering (QTE)
- Focus: Test automation, test framework development, functional & performance testing.
- Experience with integration and testing of trading systems or financial platforms.
- Infrastructure / Systems / IT Operations
- Roles: Windows Engineer, Voice Engineer, Network Engineer, End User Computing (EUC), Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), Security Engineer.
- Strong experience in IT operations, automation, and systems reliability.
- Financial & Investment Research
- Roles: Analysts, Senior Analysts, Associate Directors
- Areas: Credit, Equities, Private Credit, Regulatory Capital.
- Strong quantitative and analytical background required.
- Financial Operations
- Roles in accounting, reporting, pricing, regulatory reporting, and fund operations.
- Experience supporting investment or asset management processes preferred.
- Finance / FP&A
- Roles in financial planning, analysis, compensation, and treasury.
- Ability to analyze budgets, forecasts, and drive business performance metrics.
- Product Management
- Manage internal tools, treasury systems, and risk technology products.
- Define product strategy, gather requirements, and coordinate with tech teams.
- Design / User Experience (UX)
- Roles in interaction design, visual design, and internal communication graphics.
- Strong portfolio of work on internal platforms or enterprise tools preferred.
- Legal / Compliance
- Roles in legal advisory, contracts, trade compliance, and regulatory compliance.
- Prior experience in investment product or financial compliance is an advantage.
- Office of the Operating Committee (OC)
- Roles: Chief of Staff, Workspace Planning, Project/Program Management.
- Work closely with senior leadership on strategy, execution, and transformation projects.
- Currently residing outside India, with willingness to relocate to Gurugram, Hyderabad, or Bangalore.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field (Engineering, Finance, Design, Law, etc.).
- 3–15 years of relevant experience (depending on role and level).
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to work in dynamic, high-performance environments.
- Work with world-class teams in a collaborative and innovative environment.
