Job Description

As a UX/UI Designer, you will create seamless and engaging digital experiences across multiple product lines, turning complex workflows into intuitive and visually appealing interfaces. You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Research, and Growth teams to transform user insights into high-performing designs that drive measurable outcomes. This role balances design craftsmanship with systems thinking, allowing you to influence both the look and functionality of products. You will help shape and maintain a scalable design system, ensure design consistency, and elevate the overall quality of user interactions.   • Design responsive, user-focused interfaces for web and mobile across multiple brands, ensuring usability, accessibility, and brand consistency.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers to implement designs accurately and efficiently, participating in QA cycles to minimize rework.
  • Maintain and evolve a multi-brand design system, contributing reusable components and patterns that streamline future development.
  • Translate research findings, usability tests, and product data into actionable, high-performing designs.
  • Provide detailed handoff documentation including specifications, interaction states, and design rationale.
  • Continuously improve design processes, standards, and cross-team collaboration practices.

  • Requirements
  • 3–5+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design.
  • Strong attention to visual detail, interaction quality, and design consistency.
  • Systems thinking with the ability to create scalable design solutions across multiple products.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work quickly while maintaining high design standards.
  • Comfortable balancing scrappy, iterative design work with polished, high-quality output.
  • Experience using research and product data to inform design decisions.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and responsive design best practices.
