About The Opportunity
We operate in the Technology / Software Development sector, delivering cloud-first products and services for enterprise customers. This is a remote, India-based opportunity ideal for a motivated entry-level HR professional who wants hands-on exposure across recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations in a fast-paced tech environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities: post roles, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and manage candidate communications across channels.
- Support onboarding processes by preparing offer letters, collecting documentation, initiating IT and workspace provisioning, and running orientation checklists.
- Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and update databases for joining, exits, and role changes.
- Assist with payroll inputs, benefits administration, and statutory compliance documentation in partnership with payroll/finance teams.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and coordinate internal HR communications, surveys, and recognition programs.
- Prepare basic HR reports and dashboards (headcount, attrition, recruitment metrics) to support people analytics and decision-making.
