Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end hiring across assigned mandates—from intake discussions to offer closure.
- Tap into your extensive industry network to source high-quality, relevant candidates quickly.
- Apply market and hiring trend insights to guide hiring managers on role positioning, talent availability, and competitive dynamics.
- Build and maintain robust pipelines across tech and non-tech functions.
- Conduct thorough screenings, competency evaluations, and candidate assessments.
- Manage all candidate communication, interview coordination, and stakeholder feedback loops.
- Provide talent intelligence and market updates, ensuring data-driven hiring decisions.
- Support employer branding efforts through authentic outreach and referrals.
- Deliver a seamless, high-quality candidate experience while acting as a trusted recruitment advisor.
- 5–12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Consulting, or Executive Search.
- A strong, active network across tech, product, design, sales, marketing, or operations talent pools in Bangalore.
- Proven ability to identify and close passive candidates using relationships and strategic sourcing methods.
- Strong understanding of hiring trends, evolving talent behaviors, and competitive market movement.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with minimal supervision.
- Open to flexible, part-time engagement—ideal as a side gig or consulting extension.
- Preferably based in Bengaluru.
