CMG oversees more than 2,000 acres across Pierce and King County, including mineral interests, the Sunrise master-planned community, self-storage, multifamily, commercial and retail assets, and light industrial properties. CMG also directs liquid financial investments and private real-estate lending.

Job Description:

Corliss Management Group is seeking a senior full-stack engineer to architect and deliver two internal software platforms. This role drives technical design, implementation, and deployment of both systems on a unified modern stack. Work is fully remote within the United States. The developer reports to the Chief Administrative Officer and operates as the primary builder responsible for taking both products from initial architecture through production readiness.

The Position Centers On Two Core Deliverables:

  • A real-estate management platform connecting entities, parcels, valuations, development activity, and ownership information with Yardi and GIS integrations.
  • A private-lending platform supporting intake, underwriting, processing, approvals, and servicing in a single workflow.

The ideal candidate is a self-directed engineer with the ability to design, build, and stabilize full-stack systems independently. The role requires depth in architecture, database design, authentication, API development, DevOps, and front-end engineering. This individual must demonstrate the ability to produce production-grade systems without external engineering support.

Primary Duties And Responsibilities:

  • Architect and deliver both MVP platforms end-to-end
  • Design and implement PostgreSQL schemas in coordination with the Data Engineer
  • Develop APIs, data flows, and caching between client and server layers
  • Manage DevOps pipelines, Docker images , and Azure deployments
  • Integrate external systems including OpenAI, and Microsoft Graph
  • Develop responsive UI components using shadcn/ui and Tailwind CSS
  • Implement mapping and visualization using Leaflet or Mapbox
  • Produce maintainable code, documentation, and testing coverage
  • Deliver secure, stable, scalable applications prepared for production use

Skills And Requirements:

  • Technical Depth: Expert-level skill in Next.js , React, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL
  • Back-End Competence: Strong Node.js architecture and authentication expertise
  • DevOps Capability: Proven experience with Azure, Docker, and GitHub Actions
  • System Ownership: Ability to work independently and deliver full-stack systems without external engineering support
  • Communication: Clear, concise documentation and cross-team communication
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical judgment applied to architecture and implementation
  • Preferred Experience: Real-estate or lending platforms, GIS mapping, AI tooling, Yardi or related systems

Education And Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field
  • Five or more years of professional full-stack development experience
  • Demonstrated success building and deploying production software independently
