What You’ll Do:
● Lead and develop a team of 5 designers.
● Guarantee top quality across full-cycle branding projects — from brief to launch.
● Assess projects and delegate tasks based on individual strengths.
● Scale the team: hire, onboard, and participate in technical interviews.
● Enhance design processes and raise creative standards.
● Collaborate with other departments and external partners (motion, illustration, copywriting).
● Represent the agency at competitions, festivals, and professional events.
● Drive internal projects and launch new formats within the Graphic division.
