Job Overview:

We’re looking for a highly skilled Automation Specialist to support global finance operations. This role is part of a major Automation and Innovation initiative, aimed at standardizing and streamlining existing reports and dashboards for Compensation & Benefits Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy automated workflows using Alteryx Designer and Alteryx Server.
• Optimize existing workflows by improving logic, performance, and automation reliability.
• Partner with business units to translate requirements into Alteryx-based process automation solutions.
• Develop ETL processes, data cleansing logic, and transformation pipelines.
• Configure and manage Alteryx Server scheduling, governance, and workflow orchestration.
• Perform workflow testing, troubleshooting, and validation to ensure accuracy and stability.
• Document workflow logic, data sources, and automation standards.
• Implement best practices for data quality, workflow versioning, and error handling.
• Work closely with analytics, finance, and operations teams to drive automation opportunities.
• Provide training, knowledge transfer, and support to end users and team members.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years hands-on experience with Alteryx Designer (required).
• Experience deploying workflows on Alteryx Server including scheduling, permissions, and automation governance.
• Strong understanding of data blending, ETL processes, and analytic workflow development.
• Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL).
• Experience working with large datasets, complex data structures, and automation logic.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical thinking skills.
• Ability to gather requirements, document workflows, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Other Details:

• Shift - Mid Shift
• Hybrid Arrangement (2-3x Work onsite per week)
• Location is in Paranaque (Client has a relocation plan by 2026 to BGC Taguig so Candidates must be available to report in the said location)
• The client prefers candidates who can start ASAP or 15 days upon selection
• Employment Arrangement: Project Based ( 6 months initially – Subject for extension and renewal)
