About Your Role

As a Digital Marketing Manager within our Growth Marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in executing and managing comprehensive digital campaigns across multiple channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), web, email, and social media platforms. Your primary goal will be to drive lead generation, support business expansion, and contribute to overall growth objectives. You will collaborate closely with various marketing colleagues—such as Campaign Strategists, Product Marketing, and Field Marketing—to develop a cohesive digital presence that delivers measurable business results. We seek a proactive, data-driven marketing professional who continuously seeks opportunities to optimize campaign performance, leverage new tools and tactics, and improve ROI. Your insights will help shape our digital strategy, ensuring we stay ahead of industry trends and maintain a competitive edge in the marketplace.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising, in partnership with the campaign strategist.
  • Oversee the day-to-day management and optimization of ongoing digital campaigns to enhance engagement, conversions, and overall performance metrics.
  • Support social media efforts by managing content publishing, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance metrics across platforms such as LinkedIn, X, and Facebook.
  • Analyze campaign data and channel performance using analytics tools to derive actionable insights and recommend improvements to maximize ROI.
  • Stay informed about emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices; evaluate and implement new tactics to keep campaigns innovative and effective.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of digital marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and present findings to stakeholders, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in B2B digital marketing or performance marketing, preferably within SaaS, fintech, or financial services sectors.
  • Proficiency with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads and marketing automation tools like Marketo.
  • Experience with website content management systems (CMS) and social media management.
  • Proven track record of executing digital campaigns that generate measurable business results.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work with data, derive insights from analytics platforms (Google Analytics/GA4, marketing dashboards), and implement data-driven improvements.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and adapting to evolving industry trends.
