We’re searching for an experienced, visionary Senior Vice President of Product Management to lead the product organization of a fast-growing connected-hardware company generating over $100M in annual revenue. Reporting directly to the CEO, this leader will shape the next chapter of innovation across hardware, mobile applications, and software experiences that define the future of consumer technology.
This is a high-impact role for a product executive who blends strategic thinking, consumer obsession, and hands-on leadership across both hardware and digital ecosystems. What You’ll Lead
- Own the end-to-end product strategy across hardware, mobile apps, data, and digital experiences.
- Drive a long-term vision that elevates our software and mobile app ecosystem while strengthening our hardware foundation.
- Mentor, develop, and manage a multi-disciplinary product organization, including hardware PMs, digital leadership, UX/UI, and product owners.
- Partner closely with engineering, design, marketing, and executive leadership to deliver world-class consumer products.
- Translate customer insights, competitive analysis, and market trends into differentiated product roadmaps.
- Guide teams through rapid growth and scaling—balancing big-picture strategy with executional excellence.
- Represent the voice of the consumer internally, ensuring clarity around product priorities and tradeoffs.
- Build a strong product culture that is data-driven, innovative, and deeply connected to customer needs.
What You Bring
- Extensive experience leading product management for hardware products with integrated software/mobile applications.
- Track record of building and launching consumer-focused products at scale.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-growth environments—ideally having led teams through 5×+ revenue expansion.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to zoom out on vision and zoom in on execution.
- Strong people leadership experience, managing senior directors and diverse product teams.
- Deep understanding of customer behavior, user experience, and competitive landscapes (e.g., connected pet products).
- Confident communicator who can partner directly with an energetic, hands-on CEO.
- Ability to stay composed under pressure and make bold, informed decisions.
- Authentic enthusiasm for the company’s mission, culture, and products.
