Job Description


Propel is excited to be partnered with a global Executive Search firm, with presence in the UK, USA and APAC, who are looking for a Business Manager within Mining to join the team.



Company Description


An Executive Search firm working with mid-senior level roles all the way to C-Suite and Board level appointments globally.


This role will partner alongside the Australian MD as the team continues to grow. From Construction and Architecture, to Mining and Life Sciences - this team work a variety of markets and are open to market experience.


This role will be based in Sydney's CBD and in their brand new offices! The team are ramping up and they are looking for ambitious and fun individuals to join them.



Role Description


As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for the full 360 cycle, from BD to delivery whilst also managing and growing your own team.


You will be working alongside a fun, ambitious team who are as close outside of work as they are in the office!



You will have:

  • A strong background in Executive-level recruitment (Mining or closely related market)
  • Will have a proven track record of billings
  • Will have a proven track record of management and/or mentorship
  • Will be a confident communicator with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Have a passion for meeting and exceeding targets and maximising every sales opportunity.
  • An ambitious professional who has an eye for detail.
