About the Role

We are hiring on behalf of a fast-growing technology company building a consumer-facing platform that delivers seamless, personalized experiences to a global audience. The platform spans web and mobile, helping users discover, plan, and enjoy real-time experiences in a single, intuitive interface.

We are looking for a Frontend Engineer (Junior & Senior) to join the team in Dubai.

This is a unique opportunity for EU candidates seeking an international move to gain exposure to a high-impact, globally used product while contributing to frontend architecture and user experience.

What You’ll Do

Core Responsibilities (All Levels)

• Transform high-fidelity designs (Figma / Adobe XD) into responsive, accessible, and high-performance user interfaces using React.js
• Build, maintain, and scale reusable UI components and frontend features
• Integrate frontend applications with RESTful and GraphQL APIs
• Optimize frontend performance with lazy loading, code splitting, caching, and other best practices
• Improve Lighthouse and Web Vitals scores (CLS, LCP, TTI)
• Implement WCAG accessibility standards and frontend SEO best practices
• Write and maintain unit, integration, and E2E tests (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress)
• Collaborate closely with backend engineers, DevOps, QA, and design teams in an agile environment

Senior-Level Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable frontend architecture using React.js and Next.js
• Make key technical decisions across performance, state management, and frontend tooling
• Mentor junior engineers and raise overall code quality
• Contribute to or manage design systems and Storybook libraries
• Work closely with product and design stakeholders to shape frontend solutions

What We’re Looking For

Essential Skills

• Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
• Commercial experience with React.js (Next.js is highly desirable)
• Skilled with modern styling solutions: Tailwind CSS, SCSS, Styled Components, or CSS-in-JS
• Familiarity with state management tools (React Context, Redux Toolkit, Zustand, Jotai, etc.)
• API integration experience (REST, GraphQL, React Query, SWR, Axios)
• Knowledge of frontend tooling (Webpack, Vite, Babel, ESLint, Prettier)
• Comfortable with Git and collaborative development workflows
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural team

Experience Level

• Junior–Mid:
• ~2–4 years of frontend experience or strong academic/project work
• Eager to learn, grow, and work under senior mentorship
• Senior:
• 5+ years of frontend engineering experience
• Proven ability to lead technical decisions and mentor team members

Nice to Have

• Experience with SSR / SSG frameworks (Next.js, Astro)
• Familiarity with headless or decoupled frontend architectures
• Exposure to analytics tools, A/B testing, or performance monitoring
• Understanding of frontend security concepts (XSS, CSRF)
• Experience building consumer-facing platforms (ecommerce, marketplaces, booking systems)
