We are looking for a strategic, analytical, and customer-focused Product Manager to join our fully remote team in Ireland. In this role, you will define product vision, prioritize initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver products that delight customers and drive business growth.
🎯 Key Responsibilities- Define product strategy, roadmap, and feature prioritization aligned with business goals
- Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitor insights
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
- Create clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Monitor product performance using metrics such as adoption, engagement, retention, and revenue
- Lead product launches, including internal alignment and go-to-market planning
- Support continuous improvement through A/B testing, analytics, and iteration
- Act as the voice of the customer internally to influence product decisions
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate product updates effectively
- 3+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, or related roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in cross-functional teams in agile or scrum environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with product management tools (Jira, Trello, Notion, Aha!, etc.)
- Customer-focused mindset with ability to translate insights into actionable solutions
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Must be based in Ireland with full working rights
- Experience in SaaS, tech, or digital product industries
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles and design thinking
- Experience with data analysis, SQL, or analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude)
