Launched just over a year ago, the company is expanding its reach and looking to accelerate business growth.


About the Role

We are looking for a high-performing Full Desk Recruiter to own the entire recruitment lifecycle — building and managing a client book, generating new business, sourcing and closing top talent, and ensuring an exceptional experience for all stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is motivated by revenue and results, and can manage both the business development and delivery sides of a 360° desk.


Responsibilities 

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management (Business Development)

  • Build, grow, and manage a personal book of business across assigned industries or verticals.
  • Source new clients through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Conduct intake calls with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, team dynamics, culture, and urgency.
  • Advise clients on hiring strategy, compensation, market trends, and competitive positioning.
  • Drive repeat business by delivering high-quality service, consistent communication, and strong outcomes.

Candidate Sourcing & Talent Delivery

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for all roles on your desk: sourcing, screening, presenting, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and closing.
  • Develop strong pipelines of active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean searches, referrals, and networking.
  • Craft compelling outreach, job posts, and role pitches to attract talent and drive engagement.
  • Evaluate candidates for skill fit, experience alignment, culture fit, and long-term potential.
  • Support candidates throughout the interview process, providing guidance, prep, and feedback.

  • Desk Management & Execution

    • Manage open requisitions at varying stages, always balancing speed and quality.
    • Track metrics including submissions, interviews, offers, placements, and revenue.
    • Negotiate fee agreements, terms, and compensation packages.
    • Maintain accurate data within the ATS and CRM.
    • Uphold high standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical recruiting practices.
    Requirements
    • 3–4 years of recruiting experience (agency strongly preferred; full-desk experience required).
    • Proven track record of meeting revenue, placement, and activity quotas.
    • Strong business development skills: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing, and account growth.
    • Exceptional communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to manage a high-volume, high-urgency workload with organization and precision.
    • Tech-savvy with experience in ATS/CRM systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools.
    Compensation 
    • Base salary: $50,000–$60,000
    • Commission: uncapped, with OTE expected to be $80,000+ based on desk performance.
