Overview


Upstaff Group’s client is seeking a talented Digital Marketer to lead digital strategy, content creation, paid campaigns, and overall online brand presence. If you excel at performance marketing, storytelling, and multi-channel digital execution, this opportunity is ideal for you.


Role Summary


You will manage end-to-end digital communication to strengthen online visibility, increase engagement, and improve campaign performance across all major platforms. The role includes social media management, content creation, paid advertising, SEO oversight, and coordinating digital activities across teams.


Key Responsibilities


• Develop and execute digital and social media strategies

 • Create and manage engaging content across multiple platforms

 • Run paid campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn)

 • Oversee website maintenance, SEO, and online listings

 • Respond to reviews and online queries to support brand reputation

 • Produce monthly performance reports and analytics insights

 • Ensure GDPR-compliant digital practices

 • Collaborate with Business Development, Customer Service, and PR teams


What We’re Looking For


• Proven digital marketing experience in a customer-facing environment

 • Strong writing and visual content skills

 • Solid understanding of analytics tools, CMS, SEO, and paid media

 • Ability to manage multiple channels and campaigns simultaneously

 • Bonus: Canva or Adobe Express design capability
