We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven, and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy, drive cross-functional initiatives, and deliver impactful solutions in a fully remote environment. You will define the product vision, prioritize roadmap items, and collaborate closely with engineering, design, and business teams.
🎯 Key Responsibilities- Define and execute product strategy and roadmap in alignment with business objectives
- Lead the ideation, design, and launch of new features and products
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure successful delivery
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to inform product decisions
- Define metrics and KPIs to measure product success and adoption
- Prioritize features and initiatives based on business impact, customer value, and technical feasibility
- Mentor and guide junior product managers or associates
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and updates to stakeholders and leadership
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in tech, SaaS, or digital products
- Proven track record of launching successful products from concept to market
- Strong analytical skills, data-driven mindset, and ability to make strategic decisions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies
- Comfortable working in a remote-first environment
- Must be based in Australia with full legal working rights
