Description

We are a modern insurance agency with a highly specialized solution for companies—primarily in California—facing complex Workers’ Compensation challenges. Over the past five years, we’ve grown rapidly through outbound outreach, building an extensive database of contacts who face a very specific problem that we uniquely solve.

We’ve also developed a robust library of high-value content, including explainer videos, case studies, educational resources, and in-depth articles. Now, we’re ready to leverage this momentum. We’re looking for an Email Marketing Manager who can turn our existing audience and content into a powerful engine for generating qualified meetings for our sales team.

In this role, you will build and execute email marketing strategies, nurture warm and cold audiences, and unlock the full potential of our content to drive engagement and conversions.

This is a fully remote position, but we host several in-person company events throughout the year. The ideal candidate is willing and able to attend occasional in-person gatherings.

Responsibilities
  • Manage contacts from our CRM (Salesforce) with the help of our Salesforce System Administrator.
  • Manage segmented contact lists and email campaigns in an Email Marketing tool (currently, ActiveCampaign - others will be considered).
  • With the direction of our COO to guide you, generate email content, and run email campaigns to: generate sales meetings with prospects, generate positive reviews or referrals from clients, and provide value to clients.
  • You will be responsible for reporting KPIs and strategy to the COO.
  • Preferred: Re-purpose email content to be shared as blogs on our website. Our website admin will handle the posting of the blog if you can provide the content.
  • Preferred: Give the company a heartbeat on social media. We can provide a social media posting software of your choice and would just like to post a handful of times each month.
Qualifications
  • Email Marketing Experience.
  • B2B Marketing Experience strongly preferred.
  • Familiar with Salesforce strongly preferred.
  • Familiar with ActiveCampaign or Pardot preferred, but we will consider other email marketing tools.
Compensation

$60,000 - $80,000 yearly
