We’re looking for a data-driven and detail-oriented Marketing Analyst to join our fully remote team in Australia. In this role, you will analyse marketing performance, uncover insights, and help shape data-backed strategies that support growth across campaigns and channels.
🎯 Key Responsibilities- Analyse performance across digital marketing channels (paid ads, email, social, website, etc.)
- Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs, trends, and campaign effectiveness
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve ROI and audience engagement
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation
- Work closely with the marketing team to support planning and optimisation
- Interpret data from Google Analytics, CRM systems, and advertising platforms
- Monitor funnel metrics and identify opportunities to boost conversion
- Assist with A/B testing and performance experiments
- Prepare regular summaries and insights for marketing and leadership teams
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or related fields
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with BI or analytics tools
