We’re seeking a talented Product Designer with executing visual assets to aid organic growth initiatives across a suite of productivity tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.


Job Title: Product Designer

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Product Designer to craft compelling visual assets that support organic growth initiatives across the productivity suite—Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

As part of a dynamic, cross-functional team of marketers, engineers, and strategists, you’ll design visuals that enhance our content, strengthen brand presence, and resonate with a global audience. Reporting to the Organic Growth Lead, you’ll collaborate closely with your squad to deliver high-quality design solutions aligned with business objectives and evolving industry trends.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute visual content strategies for Word, Excel, and PowerPoint that align with overall growth goals.
  • Create a variety of design assets, including landing page graphics, Copilot AI feature visuals, and imagery for articles and blogs.
  • Apply best practices in web and graphic design, leveraging tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Sketch to produce optimized, engaging visuals.
  • Work closely with SEO writers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design and copy.
  • Stay ahead of visual trends in tech and productivity to keep designs fresh and impactful.


Qualifications:


Required:

  • 3+ years of experience in web or graphic design, or equivalent creative roles.
  • Proven track record designing for digital content, websites, or content marketing.
  • Proficiency with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch) and familiarity with CMS platforms.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills; comfortable collaborating in global, cross-functional teams.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual innovation.
  • Growth-oriented, proactive in learning new design technologies and incorporating feedback.


Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in web/graphic design or digital publishing.
  • Recent experience with digital publishing across web, social media, and in-product environments.
