Position Title: Branch Manager - Education Advisor (Saudi Market)

Location: Amman, Jordan (Relocation to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia)

We are expanding our Saudi operations and seeking an experienced Senior Education Advisor for o our Jeddah office.


About the Role

The Branch Manager (Jeddah) role is a key leadership position in the organisation. It will be relied on to build branch and team performance and to strengthen our brand presence across Jeddah and the wider Saudi market.

This is a "hands-on" position that requires delivering revenue and achieving KPI targets for yourself as well as the branch/team. Beyond this, will be the requirement to lead a small team, have previous experience in international education and student recruitment, have strong communication skills, and be able to mentor junior advisors, as required.

The Branch Manager will report to the CEO/Director, while closely supporting country-wide objectives in Saudi Arabia.


Key Responsibilities

Branch and Team Leadership

  • Overall responsibility for Branch performance and achieving Full Year Revenue and KPI Targets
  • Achieve student recruitment KPIs and quality benchmarks.
  • Provide weekly updates on school visits, outreach activities, and conversions.
  • Provide formal monthly reporting to the CEO
  • Ensure professional communication and timely follow-up with all students.

Student Counselling & Conversion

  • Advise students on UK and international study options, entry requirements, and application journeys.
  • Provide in-person, phone, WhatsApp, and email counselling.
  • Deliver accurate academic guidance and ensure students' progress through each stage.
  • Handle VIP and high-priority student cases.
  • Maintain strong conversion performance, especially during key intakes.

School Visits & Outreach

  • Represent UKuni during school visits, university fairs, parent events, and education exhibitions in Saudi Arabia (primarily Jeddah and surrounding cities).
  • Build and maintain relationships with school counsellors and educational partners.
  • Deliver presentations and Q&A sessions confidently.

Partnership & Market Engagement

·      Support relationship management with UK and global university partners.

  • Assist in coordinating partner visits, recruitment events, or workshops.
  • Driving branch performance in line with UKuni's Professional Learning and Development Line of Business Targets

Collaboration & Internal Coordination

·      Work closely with the CEO, other senior managers, admissions and customer service teams.

  • Provide feedback on market trends, student behaviour, and school engagement.
  • Support junior advisors when needed through guidance and best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in international education consulting or student recruitment, preferably for UK universities.
  • Prior team team leadership experience and a background with UK admissions is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in the Saudi / Regional student recruitment market; GCC market experience is an advantage.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.

·      Willing and able to relocate to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

  • Confident public speaker with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to travel for school visits and national/international events.
  • Strong familiarity with CRM systems, Google Workspace, and digital communication tools.
