Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee Payroll, Merit, Executive Compensation, and Employee Recognition programs.
- Manage salary administration, including annual salary planning, market benchmarking, and internal equity adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with payroll policies, social security benefits, and legal reporting obligations.
- Advise on internal transfers, immigration, expatriate taxation, and mobility practices.
- Serve as trustee for benefits programs (pensions, life insurance, healthcare).
- Design and implement competitive compensation structures aligned with labor regulations.
- Act as a key advisor for compensation and payroll-related inquiries.
- Collaborate with finance, accounting, and auditors for payroll compliance and financial reporting.
- Work with immigration attorneys on employee visas (L-1, H-1B) and compliance.
- Support budgeting, internal audits, and government reporting.
- Manage corporate relocations, including vendor selection and compliance with relocation policies.
Qualifications:
- Expertise in Total Rewards policy and compensation strategy.
- Familiarity with immigration visa processes.
- Strong analytical, project management, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, HR systems (SuccessFactors, ADP).
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of HR experience in relevant areas.
- 5+ years in a leadership role.
