The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in full-cycle recruiting, strategic talent sourcing, and stakeholder management to attract top-tier candidates and drive organizational growth.

Purpose Of The Role
Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies and solutions to meet strategic business needs. Act as a consultative talent partner to designated business units and contribute to achieving broader business objectives. This role manages full life-cycle recruitment for management and senior-level positions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively collaborate with senior executives and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and build strategic recruiting plans
- Implement sourcing strategies and use a variety of tools to attract high-quality talent
- Lead full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination
- Provide a high-touch experience to candidates and hiring teams, ensuring consistent communication and seamless process management
- Act as a brand ambassador to attract top talent and create a positive candidate experience
- Build strong internal relationships and offer consultative insights to help business leaders make informed hiring decisions
Reports to: Associate Director, Talent Acquisition Delivery
Collaborates Closely With
- HR Directors/Business Partners
- Hiring Managers (including Senior Leaders and Vice Presidents)
- External outsourcing partners and agencies
Stakeholder Management:
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure timely communication on opening statuses
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to internal and external candidates
- Design new hire compensation packages and obtain appropriate approvals
- Collaborate with Compensation and Mobility COE on expatriate and relocation matters
- Ensure Applicant Flow, Job Folders, and reporting comply with OFCCP/EEO and internal SOPs
- Keep applicant tracking system and job statuses up to date
- Prepare and update recruiting metrics (e.g., time to fill, cost per hire, turnover data)
- Identify opportunities for improved reporting efficiency or compliance
- Partner with Talent Attraction to build pipelines for current and future roles
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Facilitate strategic recruiting meetings and create customized recruiting plans
- Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews (phone and in-person)
- Manage external agency relationships as needed
- Deliver workforce insights and labor market trends to hiring managers and business leaders
- Consult with senior leadership to improve recruiting effectiveness
- Forecast workforce needs and support headcount planning
- Bachelor’s degree required (relevant HR certifications or experience may be considered in lieu of degree)
- Minimum 9 years of HR experience, including 4 years of full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a corporate setting
- Experience recruiting within pharma, biotech, or medical device sectors
- Strong data management and analytics experience (trend analysis, reporting)
- Proven ability to challenge assumptions and consult effectively with managers
- Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience with workforce planning and forecasting
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Skilled in behavioral and competency-based interviewing techniques
- Knowledge of advanced sourcing methods and use of applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Strong understanding of HR policies, employment legislation, and assessment tools
- Pharma/biotech/medical device industry experience is required (Manager will not consider candidates without this experience)
- Must have experience recruiting for specific business areas (e.g., Finance, R&D, Legal, etc.)
- Corporate recruiting experience required (not just agency)
