We are opening a senior role to lead our full technology and AI landscape.
You will own the architecture, development, and evolution of our platforms. You will lead our agentic ecosystem, guide AI strategy, and supervise all engineering decisions across the organization. You will work directly with leadership to translate our mission into scalable, reliable systems.

- 10+ years in engineering, AI systems, or platform architecture.
- Strong experience with modern AI stacks and orchestration.
- Ability to design and scale distributed platforms.
- Strong architectural judgment and decision-making skills.
- Experience working in fast-moving, early-stage environments.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and communicate with clarity.
- Comfortable with remote, asynchronous work.
- Ability to align technology innovation with ethical and strategic objectives
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Background in decision intelligence or enterprise SaaS.
- Experience with agentic frameworks or simulation systems.
- Strong understanding of data governance and MLOps.
