Senior Manual QA Tester

🌍 Location & Schedule

• Open exclusively to residents of Eastern Europe
• 📍 Fully Remote
• Working hours: 7 AM - 3 PM EST New York Time (1 PM - 9 PM 🇷🇸 Time)
• 💼 Full-time: 7 hours work + 1-hour lunch break
• Collaboration: B2B Contractor

🗣️ Strong English skills (B2 - C1) are required — our daily communication is in English.

We’re growing our QA team and looking for a meticulous, passionate Manual Tester who lives for finding that one pixel out of place or that hidden edge-case bug.

What you’ll do every day:

• Functional, regression, integration & UAT testing
• Deep exploratory testing + edge cases
• Cross-browser & cross-platform web testing
• Real-device mobile testing (iOS + Android)
• API testing with Postman / similar tools
• UI/UX validation, accessibility (WCAG), database & data testing
• Detailed bug reporting + close collaboration with devs
• Test case design, test plans, test reports

Must-have (non-negotiable):

• 3+ years of professional manual testing experience
• Strong test case design & execution skills
• Full understanding of STLC and QA processes
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, TestRail (or similar)
• API testing with Postman/REST clients
• Agile/Scrum environment experience
• Fluent written & spoken English
• Currently located in South America (for time-zone alignment)

Nice-to-have (you’ll stand out):

• Mobile testing
• Basic SQL & database testing
• Accessibility testing experience
• E-commerce or Fintech projects
• ISTQB or similar certification
• Usability / UX testing passion
